Yoga und HIIT- Yoga Fusion jeden Montag 20:15-21:15 

Dieser Kurs besteht aus einem einzigartigem fusion von Bewegungsansätzen verschiedenster Yoga-Formen (Hatha, Bihar, Yin und Erholungsyoga), sowie HIIT (Hochintensives Interval Training) und Animal Flow.  Jede Stunde beginnt mit intensiver Atemübungen und der Herstellung des allgemeinen Körperbewusstseins. Anschließend wird sich stets einem bestimmten Teil des Körpers gewidmet und konzentriert.

             Yoga and HIIT- Yoga Fusion every Monday 20:15-21:15 

A late evening Yoga Fusion class (Hatha, Bihar, Yin- Restorative Yoga) with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), deep breathing and Fascial stretching to close the day with a real connection to the body and mind.   All levels welcome, every time we will focus on a specific body part to work on.  


Yin - Restorative Yoga jeden Donnerstag 9:15- 10:30


In diesem Kurs geht es um die Freisetzung des Körpers durch passives Strecken.   Hauptsächlich werden liegende und sitzende Asanas durchgeführt um den Körper wieder neu auszurichten und auszubalancieren.  Während Sie in den Asanas verweilen und auf Ihre Atmung konzentrieren, lauschen Sie den Tönen von Klangschalen und entspannen Ihre Muskeln.  Erholsames Yoga ist die perfekte Ergänzung für Ihr aktives Leben und wirkt erfolgreich Stress entgegen!

Yin - Restorative Yoga every Thursday 9:15- 10:30

Restorative yoga is about slowing down, is a medidation through yoga postures. It's an opening of the body through passive stretching. We will pass through mainlyy lying and  sitting asanas,  that are designed to help the body and inner organs deeply stretch, align and balance. We will often remain few minutes in the same position, doing just a few postures in the duration of an hour.  During these long holds of rest, your muscles and mind relax deeply. The feeling from this yoga class is one of surrendering, and letting time guide you.

                                           Aroma Massage 

A massage with high quality essential oils to relax and regenerate. The essential oils are added to the massage oil and applied topically, and/or diffused in the air. During the massage, the healing essential oil molecules pass right through the blood/brain barrier, having profound effects on the mind and body.

SHIATSU: Die Kunst der Berührung

Shiatsu bedeutet wörtlich übersetzt „Fingerdruck“ und ist ursprünglich eine Behandlungsmethode aus Japan mit Einflüssen aus traditioneller chinesischer Medizin und Akupunktur.

 Es wird mit sanften und langsamen Berührungen gearbeitet, bei denen mit den Händen, Daumen, Ellenbogen und Knien an bestimmten Punkten und entlang der Meridiane Druck ausgeübt wird.  Shiatsu beinhaltet ausserdem Dehnungen, Gelenkmobilisation und Entspannung der Faszien. 

Der Fokus der Behandlung liegt auf der Arbeit mit der körpereigenen Energie (Qi) um Dysbalancen
des Qi-Flusses auszugleichen und die Selbstheilungskräfte des Körpers zu aktivieren.

Des weiteren hat eine Behandlung mit Shiatsu positiven Einfluss auf das Skelett- und Muskelsystem,den Blutkreislauf und die Körperhaltung.  Innere Fehlfunktionen werden korrigiert, Emotionen ausgleichen und der Geist entspannt, sodass Shiatsu zum Erhalt eines ausgeglichenen Körpers und gesunden Lebensstils beiträgt und Erkrankungen vorbeugt.

 Eine Behandlung dauert 60- 90 Minuten und findet am bekleideten Körper statt, weshalb bequeme Kleidung empfohlen wird, in der Sie sich gut bewegen können.


SHIATSU: The Art of Touch

 

Shiatsu is a hands on praxis that literally means “Finger Pressure”.
Originated from Japan with a great influence from Chinese Medicine Theory and Acupuncture.  A gentle treatment in slow pace, using pressure and touch with hands, thumbs, elbows and knees, in specific points and paths of the body.    Shiatsu involves stretching,  joint mobilisation and fascial releasing. 

The main focus of the treatment is to work with the bodys energy (Qi), to unblock imbalances of the Qi flow and help the body trigger its own healing mechanism. 
A treatment of Shiatsu, supports the skeletal and muscular system, blood circulation and body posture.  Corrects internal malfunctioning, equalises emotions and relaxes the mind. Shiatsu promotes and helps to maintain a well balanced body, mind and spirit for a healthy living and prevention from disease. 

A treatment of Shiatsu takes 60- 90 min, on a shiatsu mat or a massage table, the body is fully clothed with comfortable clothes that allow movement.

Pregnancy Massage 

 

A gentle massage during or after pregnancy (prenatal- from the 4th month or postnatal massage) combining an Aroma Massage with Shiatsu work on  specific meridians and acupressure points. The body is lying on the side with pillows for support and comfort,  

 The Pregnancy massage can last from 30 min to 60 min.
