Healthy People Support Healthy Organisations.
The working day places demands not only on our attention, but also on our bodies.
Long hours of seating, repetitive positions, physical workload, deadlines and sustained concentration can gradually contribute to muscular tension, fatigue, stress and reduced well-being.
Workplace well-being offers an opportunity to intervene earlier.
My corporate programs bring movement, Yoga, bodywork and practical recovery directly into the workplace, making preventive care accessible within the working day.
The Amy is simple: support people before overload becomes a problem.
Why workplace well-being matters
Employee well-being is not simply an additional workplace benefit.

Experience in professional environments
Workplace wellbeing has been part of my professional practice for a long time.
Alongside my work with dancers, athletes and individual clients, I have extensive experience bringing bodywork, massage, movement and Yoga directly into corporate and institutional environments.
Working inside organisations had taught me something important:
Workplace wellbeing needs to be effective, accessible and realistic within the working day.
A program has to work, not only for the body but also within the practical realities of an organisation.
My corporate and workplace - health experience includes long-term work and collaborations connected with GesundheitsTicket,Maz & Movie, Holmes Place, Die Wohlfuhler, Berlin public institutions including Finanzamt Büllowstraße and Finanzamt Bundesplatz, as well as work within the film, cultural and creative industries.
My experience with professional dancers and athletes has further shaped and approach centred on prevention, recovery sustainable performance and maintaining the bodies capacity to work and move overtime.
This is not a program developed theoretically for the corporate world. It has grown through a long period of working directly with people in their workplace.
Selected professional partners and recommendations.

Designed around your workplace
Every workplace is different. Before proposing a program, consider the number of participants, available SPACE, working routines, physical demands in the particular needs of the team.
One organisation may benefit from regular short Treatments.
Another may need weekly movement sessions.
A third may combine individual bodywork, group classes and occasional workshops.
The program can begin small and develop according to the organisations experience and needs.
The program adapt to the workplace - rather than asking the workplace to adapt to the program.
Better wellbeing. Better working.
Supporting employees to move, recover and care for their buddies can contribute to more than physical comfort
It can support wellbeing, work ability, concentration, motivation and a workplace culture and which people feel that their health matters.
And prevention means recognising something very practical:
Support the body while it is working - not only when it can no longer work comfortably.
