Every person arrives with a different body, a different history and a different reason for coming.
Some people come because of pain or restricted movement. Others because of stress, exhaustion or difficulty relaxing. Someone want to improve the way they move, recover from physical demands or reconnect with a body that has begun to feel unfamiliar.
And sometimes there is no particular problem to solve.
There is simply curiosity.
My individual sessions begin with meeting the person rather than choosing the technique.
We talk, observe and notice what is present. From there, the session develops according to what is needed and how the body response.
Different ways to work together
You don't need to know in advance, which technique or approach is right for you.
An individual session can begin with a particular wish - pain or tension, movement restriction, recovery, stress, the need for relaxation, simply curiosity about your body.
Depending on what brings you, we can work primarily through hands-on body work, movement and body awareness, yoga or check, relaxation and nervous system oriented practices, or through a combination of approaches.
Some sessions are focused and practical. Other needs more time to explore.
Session length
30 minutes - Focus
A sort of session for a specific need, focus treatment, movement exploration or follow-up.
60 minutes - Restore & Explore
Time for a more complete body work, movement or individual practice, with space to notice and respond.
75 minutes - BodyRevisit / Integrative Session
A longer individual session allowing different approaches to meet - movement, touch, body awareness, breath, stillness, and integration.
The duration does not determine the quality of the work. Sometimes a short, precise session is exactly what the body needs.
Movement & Body Awareness
Individual movement sessions are for people who want to explore their body movement rather than primarily through hands-on treatment.
We may work with mobility, stability, coordination, balance, functional alignment, breath or particular movement patterns.
Yoga, Qigong, somatic movement and elements from my dancing and bodywork background can be integrated according to the persons needs.
The emphasis is not on performing exercises perfectly.
It is on discovering how your body moves - and what may become possible when you change the way your approach movement.
Self massage & Everyday Body Awareness
Sometimes a small practice can change how we meet the body during the day.
I may introduce simple self- massage, acupressure, movement or body- awareness practices that you can continue at home. There are not registered exercises or homework, but small possibilities for responding to tension, restoring movement, settling or simply checking in with yourself.
The aim is to support a more independent and curious relationship with your own body.
Online Sessions
Online session can include individual movement and body- awareness work, Yoga, Qigong, Self massage & acupressure, breath and relaxation practices, guided somatic exploration and personalised exercises.
They can also provide continuity when travelling, living in another country or between in person Sessions.
The online format allow us to observe something particular valuable: how you move and organise your body in your own environment, and how simple practices can become part of everyday life.

BodyRevisit
BodyRevisit is the integrative approach that has gradually emerged from more than three decades of my work with movement, touch and body awareness.
Rather than beginning with a fixed Treatment protocol, we begin by noticing.
Movement, touch, breath, functional alignment, body awareness, Shiatsu, therapeutic bodywork, traumatic exploration and relaxation practices may all become part of a session.
Sometimes we work actively. Sometimes on the treatment table or mat. Sometimes the most useful intervention is very small - a change of position, movement, oppose, breath or a different way of sensing support.
The process is collaborative.
I offer possibilities. The body gives us information about where to go next.
